What's everyone working on this Wednesday?

Hope everyone is having a great week. I'm curious if anyone is working on anything interesting today? We're doing time conversions between hours and minutes and working on some Halloween decorations for art among many other things. What are you working on today?

Helpful Ideas For Homeschooling

I always believed that homeschooling should not be traditional. No need to have your kids in uniform, working from 9am-3pm, tons of homework and unnecessary projects. Instead, create a schedule that works best for you and the child and  add in some F.U.N. F-Friendly, U-Understanding, N-Necessities. Children are bored quickly, that's a FACT. However, homeschooling is the place where you can turn traditional ways into your own.

Here are some things that help me with my homeschooling:
Activity Boards
Dancing and Learning(create songs for the topic we will learn)
Science Activities
Planting
Visiting the zoo(for science purposes)
Walk and Learn
Using marbles, flashcards, popsicle sticks and cubes(for math)
and much more....

Be Unique and Be Creative!!!!
